The Solution

We are pround to present accurate prognostic system incorporating advanced statistical methods to predict the values of withdrawals and cash-in paymnets for any type of cash point.

The system has been built in 100% Java. Data layer may be connected to any SQL serwer - we use Hibernate as a Object Relational Mapping layer. Currently is used MySQL server. Presentation layer has been developed using Tapestry. The whole system is hosted, so there is no need to download and install anything to use it. All parts of the system are either developed in-house, or freely available over the net (open source, free software). On demand additional functionality could be added to the system like events scheduler, transportation optimizer - to minimize the costs of transportation; insurance optimizer - to minimize the costs of insurance; staff optimizer - to minimize the costs of staff involved in cash processing; holdings optimizer - to optimize the cost of frozen money in the recommendation.

Effectivness of the matematical engine can be tested on self-service base by entering file of ATMs withdrawals. There should be at least 90 consecutive historical values for each ATM to compute future withdrawals. In tests conducted on a real data basis (set of ATMs that belong to one of polish biggest banks) our engine predicted future withdrawals with an average error less than 20% (one month period).
